Every material handling situation is different and so are the cranes needed to perform those tasks. To begin with, each new crane starts as collaboration between the customer, our sales staff and our engineers. Mt. Clemens Crane has an important and unique advantage over other crane suppliers in that every project is designed by our in house State of Michigan Licensed Professional Engineer. This ensures you that your new crane system was designed meeting the requirements of AISC & CMAA.
We then use the latest CAD technology to develop job-specific drawings for customer approval, fabrication and erection. Our cranes and runways are fabricated in house and all welding is performed by AWS certified welders. Controlling the design and fabrication in house allows us to maintain strict and complete control over each project. It also gives us immediate access to a large inventory of basic parts and accessories so each order can be completed as expediently as possible.
The Mt. Clemens Crane Parts and Service Department is staffed by factory-trained technicians with access to a comprehensive stock of parts for prompt service calls and the ability to fix the problem the first time. With their factory-certified training, our service technicians are extremely familiar with all the components of every Mt. Clemens Crane so most problems can be fixed on site. In addition, our service technicians have a lot of experience working on our competitor's cranes and our service trucks are stocked with many of their common wear items. All service technicians are Nextel dispatched and in case of an emergency, we provide 24 hour standby service.
At Mt. Clemens Crane, our ultimate goal is to keep your crane functioning as an integral part of your operation. Your crane's productivity and trouble free operation is the basis for our commitment to total customer satisfaction.
