Mt. Clemens Crane Trainer: A Mt. Clemens Crane representative will come to your plant and train your operators with the proper forms and techniques on how to safely operate an overhead crane. Your employees will sit through an overview of OSHA regulations and requirements. They will then see a video, take a written test, and perform a hands on proficiency test using the equipment in your plant. Upon successful completion your trainees will receive a Operators Permit.Crane Operator Training Materials

Mt. Clemens Crane Train the Trainer:A Mt. Clemens Crane representative will come to your plant and train your Safety Personnel with the proper forms and techniques on how to safely operate an overhead crane, how to set up a training seminar and the proper method of record keeping. This is a complete training package with a video and all the necessary paper work to fulfill OSHA and ISO requirements.

Safety Saves Operator Training: The "Safety Saves” operator training program is one of the most all-inclusive programs of its kind ever offered to overhead crane users. “Safety Saves” stresses operating and maintenance procedures that meet industry and government regulations. MIOSHA Rules Regarding Crane Operator Training:

OSHA R408.11852 Training-Rule 1852
An employer shall train a prospective operator before the employee's assignment as an operator of a crane.

OSHA R 408.11853 Testing-Rule 1853
An employer shall test the knowledge and ability of an employee before authorizing him or her to operate a crane.

OSHA R 408.11854 Permits-Rule 1854
An employer shall provide an employee with a permit to operate a crane only after the employee meets the requirements prescribed in R 408.11852 and R 408.11853.
