MCC live load testing 55-ton capacity crane @125% (137,500 lbs) with water weights

Mt. Clemens Crane provides live load testing for all cranes and hoists. Live load tests are provided at the request of the crane owner in accordance with OSHA reccomendation for new crane installation or significant crane modification. Load test are also provided where crane owner company policy requires periodic testing.

Mt. Clemens Crane owns portable test weights for cranes from 100lbs. to 20,000 lbs. capacity - for tests up to 125% of these capacities. Water weights or customer supplied weights are used beyond 10-ton capacity.

Testing is completed and documented to meet or exceed OSHA requirements.
